JIMMY CLABOTS

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

As a Physical Therapist Assistant and Alexander Technique teacher over 12 years, Jimmy specializes in inhibitory cueing and somatic healing. Functional medicine paradigm works through proper integration of mind-body. The intention of Jimmy’s method is simple: to help you to bring your own body into alignment and create an environment in which the healing can begin. The human body is the ultimate healer, not the therapist. Jimmy’s background is in biomechanics and the arts, so naturally he see every body as a work of art. Jimmy’s favorite thing to teach clients is proper lunging and stretching.

ELLYE O'BRIEN

Pilates and Yoga Instructor

I’m Ellye and I came to remind you that your healthy spine is your birthright. As a lifelong athlete, artist, and somatic intuitive I feel how important it is to optimize your physical, emotional and artistic health. How we relate to our body is the foundation for feeling strong, mobile, and fit for our dreams. The body is the perfect place to initiate your next season of deep, personal & integrated transformation. I love to help others ensure they are doing their best to build and maintain healthy connective tissues during periods of peak performance or recovery. I have spent decades teaching and sharing my joy for restorative + athletic pilates, dance and mindset principles that have helped me to feel my best inside and out. The pilates & classical ballet informed approach that I use helps athletes to condition, breathe, release stored tension and prevent injury. I love to see my clients inhabiting their healthiest body and have a lot of fun along the way.
