Service Description
Physical Therapy Sessions: 50 minutes - $150 IN-NETWORK: Accepts Blue Shield & Medicare. Co-pays TBD OUT OF NETWORK: TBD WHAT TO EXPECT - Every session starts with massage or manual therapy and then a series of therapeutic exercises and cool down/stretch at end of session.
Cancellation Policy
JERRY SHER PHYSICAL THERAPY HAS A 24 HOUR CANCELATIONS POLICY. IF A 24 HOUR NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN, A LATE CANCELLATION WILL REQUIRE A PAYMENT OF $75, WHICH IS NOT BILLED TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THE LATE FEE WILL BE DUE IN THE OFFICE UPON THE NEXT VISIT.
